Certeon offers trained engineers to help with planning and rolling out your aCelera deployment as well as helping troubleshoot any issues. Services are flexible to suit an enterprise’s needs from remote services, onsite consulting to on-site resident engineers.

Standard Remote Installation Services

Through remote access to your network a Certeon aCelera certified engineer shall help provision and setup your aCelera software. Standard remote installation services are available for the aCelera VA and aCelera Sync. For the aCelera Client and CMS a jumpstart service is available which includes training for IT administrators on how to expand the rollout to other systems.

Custom Remote Installation Services

If you need help setting up your environment before installing aCelera, for example setting up VMware infrastructure or troubleshooting your network, our certified engineers can provide you with remote consulting services.

Custom Onsite Installation Services

Certeon engineers will be on site to help design, plan and install your aCelera software suite. We can send a certified engineer to any of your offices, anywhere in the world.

Resident On-site Engineer

When rolling out a complex deployment a dedicated resident engineer can help you with both the technical and project planning of the project. The consultant can help with design, deployment, configuration and ongoing management of the aCelera deployment.
